To best serve all clients, I require a minimum 24-hour notice via email or text to cancel or change any reservation. Cancellations on short notice prohibit other clients from being able to fill that desired time slot. To ensure the cancellation policy is upheld partial payment is required to book any reservation.
Text and email bookings will not be accepted unless you are a package member.
Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value.
No-call no-shows are subject to 100% of the booked appointment value. Out of respect for all scheduled guest, arriving more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled reservation could result in your service being canceled and a 50% late fee.
